Reunion 2009: Rise Up and Witness, a Diocesan-wide day for adults and young adults will be held Saturday, May 23 in St. Louis Catholic High School. The day, which is being hosted by the Secretariat for Christian Formation of the Diocese of Lake Charles, will feature Christopher West and Steve Angrisano. Tickets are $20 each, which includes Christohoper West's workbook and lunch, and are available at the Bishop Harold Perry Building, 411 Iris Street and Crossroads Bookstore, 601 West Prien Lake Road as well as at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Maplewood; Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church, Welsh; and St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Kinder. Seating will be limited.  Doors open at 9 a.m. with the program beginning at 10 a.m. Bishop Glen John Provost will celebrate the closing liturgy at 4 p.m.
