Father Michael Champagne, the Spiritual Director of the Community of Christ Cruciified in Lafayette, is the retreat master for the annual Our Lady Queen of Heaven Retreat for Women.  The theme of this retreat, which is open to all women,  is “Mary and the Priesthood of Jesus Christ" which he chose to reflect the Year of the Priesthood that we are now observing this year in our Church.  His conference topics include the relationship of the baptismal and the ministerial priesthood, Mary as mother and coworker of Christ the High Priest, and the role of Laity.  To register, call retreat captain Elaine Trahan at 474-0178.  Suggested donation for a private room is $175; for double occupancy, $150; for Drexel dormitory, $95, and day-only guests, $75.
