The date of the March event has been moved one week earlier than previously stated

Father Don Piraro leads the Spiritual Book Club, which is an informal group of women and men who read a good spiritual book and come together to eat supper and to discuss the selection.  The March selection is Things Hidden, Scripture as Spirituality by Franciscan priest Father Richard Rohr.  The back cover says that Richard Rohr deals with themes of power, wisdom, and the generosity of God in the Scriptures and how these values relate to our lives.  He “offers his readers a Christian vision of abundance, grace, and joy to counteract a world filled with scarcity, judgment, and fear.”  Call 337-855-1232 to register.  The suggested donation is $12.00, which includes supper.
