WASHINGTON, DC — The National Organization for Marriage (NOM) praised federal court Judge Martin Feldman for ruling on Wednesday, September 3, that the U.S. Constitution does not preclude the state of Louisiana from defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman, and that voters made a rational decision in doing so when they adopted the state's marriage amendment.
